Shipping & Delivery

-          For the first pair in any shipment, the charge is $12.00. For each additional pair of the shipment, the charge is $6.00. Charges to your order will be included in your bill. When an order totals $300.00 or more in merchandise, ALL shipping charges will be waived. This applies for orders in the Continental U.S. only. Sometimes we will be offering free shipping on different items as well as promotions. Shipping fees will NOT be included in your credit card charges. They may appear on your order, but will nto be charged to your credit card.

-          For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S., please email us at info@medicishoes.com or Medicishoes@gmail.com.

-          For calculating shipping costs on hosiery, socks, bags and accessories, and shoe care products, any combination, please contact us.

-          Shipping to any address not in the continental U.S. will be calculated for you if you email us at Info@medicishoes.com or Medicishoes@gmail.com . Any amount appearing as “shipping charges” on your order for delivery outside the continental U.S. is subject to change.

Privacy & Security

We respect the privacy of our customers and do not sell your personal information to anyone. This privacy statement discloses our information-gathering and dissemination practices. If you have any questions or concerns, we invite you to contact us directly for more information regarding our commitment to your privacy.

We may use our customers’ Internet Protocol (IP) addresses to help diagnose problems with our own technology and to administer the Tactics website. The IP addresses we collect do not link to or reveal any personally identifiable information of our customers. In addition, like virtually all e-commerce sites, we use cookies to keep track of any products in your shopping cart to ensure a successful online ordering process.

Our online Checkout process asks you to give us certain contact information (like your name, address, and email address). We use this information to speed up the order process and to contact you when you request or when it’s absolutely necessary (for example, if there’s a problem fulfilling your order). When you choose to order from us, we must also collect billing and shipping information, including credit card numbers. This information is required to charge you for your purchases, to process and ship your order, and to contact you if there’s any problem with your order. In order to process payment information and fulfill our customers’ orders, some billing and shipping information is provided to trusted third-parties such as credit card processing institutions and carriers like UPS. They do not use this information for secondary purposes, however.

Returns & Replacements

Medici shoes accepts returns of REGULAR PRICE (non-sale) merchandise in ORIGINAL, RESALABLE condition within 14 days or original ship date to you, when accompanied by the purchase receipt and in the original footwear package. Sale priced items are not returnable. Freight charges are not refundable. Please note that all returns must be pre-authorized! For pre-authorization, please send an email to info@medicishoes.com or Medicishoes@gmail.com  or call 201-871-0005 ext. 113. Merchandise returns without pre-authorization will be refused. Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced or refunded at our option.

Freight must be prepaid, and the merchandise in the original packaging materials. No freight charges are refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part.
